As with other companies within the post production market, Cintel is constantly reviewing its marketing strategy and how to utilise resources to the optimum benefit of their customer base.
Accordingly, it has been decided that although exhibiting at shows will remain an important part of their profile, Cintel is planning to concentrate more on demonstrations and workshops at their UK head office.
‘We feel that the amount of time that needs to be given to each individual company for assessing, using and fully appreciating our technology, can't be achieved whilst under the pressures and constraints of a show environment' said Marisa Giles , COO ‘For such an important investment it is crucial that our customers are given time and most importantly detailed input from our technical team, to be able to evaluate our product range and make decisions that are right for their business' she added ‘Further to this we feel that it is important that our customers are given the opportunity to understand our business and to build relationships with those at Cintel'.
At IBC this year the focus will be very much on Digital Intermediate, workflows and Cintel's solutions. diTTo the new scanner which received great reviews after the prototype showing at NAB, will receive its full product launch and will be shown alongside dataMill and Nucoda's Film Master. Detailed demonstrations of the flagship products DSX and Millennium II will be available at the Head Office in Ware.
Additionally it is planned to invest more time and funds in training for both existing and new customers, to keep them abreast of changes in both Cintel technology and the marketplace.
