Every customer is unique, so we offer extended warranty periods, or alternatively, a range of flexible or pre-set support agreements to suit their needs.

'True Colours' takes the guess work out of equipment maintenance. Our pre-set support agreements have been designed to complement the resources you might have and the level of support you are comfortable with. The 'True Colours' spectrum ranges from the fully comprehensive Red, through to Green and Blue packages. These packages include 24/7 hot-line support, varying levels of on-site engineer assistance, training, software upgrades as well as special deals on parts replacement.

And, as we do not believe in forcing our customers into fixed or inflexible agreements, our Rainbow package entitles you to tailor additional support to your exact requirements.
